Royal Affiliate Agreement

Binding Agreement Between Stewart Royal Pythons and Approved Affiliates

1. Agreement Acceptance

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Stewart Royal Pythons ("Company") and the approved Affiliate ("Affiliate"). Participation in the Royal Affiliate Network constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or legal representative of Stewart Royal Pythons. Affiliate has no authority to bind the Company.

3. Commission & Compensation

  • Standard commission rate: 20% unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Applies only to completed and paid transactions.
  • No commission on refunds, taxes, shipping, or chargebacks.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $100 CAD.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links, promo codes, and tracking cookies. Attribution follows last-click methodology unless otherwise determined by the Company.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraudulent clicks or bot traffic
  • False advertising or misleading claims
  • Brand impersonation
  • Unauthorized paid search bidding
  • Self-referral purchases

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliate may use approved marketing materials only. All logos, images, and brand assets remain property of Stewart Royal Pythons. Unauthorized modification is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Affiliate agrees not to disclose internal commission structures, customer data, marketing strategies, or system access credentials.

8. Termination

Company may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. Fraudulent or unethical conduct results in immediate termination and possible legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed commissions paid in the prior three months.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. All disputes shall be resolved within Alberta jurisdiction.

Agreement Confirmation

By participating in the Stewart Royal Pythons Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Affiliate Agreement.
