Royal Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility

Affiliates must be 18 years or older and operate legally within their jurisdiction. Stewart Royal Pythons reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% commission on qualifying completed sales generated through approved affiliate links or promo codes.

Commissions do not apply to taxes, shipping, refunds, or chargebacks.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Sales are tracked using cookies and affiliate software. Attribution is determined by last-click methodology unless otherwise specified.

4. Payout Terms

Minimum payout threshold is $100 CAD. Payments are issued monthly via approved payment methods.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• No click fraud or bot traffic
• No misleading claims
• No self-purchases via affiliate links
• No spam marketing

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved logos and assets but may not alter or misuse brand materials. All intellectual property remains property of Stewart Royal Pythons.

7. Termination

Stewart Royal Pythons reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
